Climate Change is a significant and lasting change in the statistical distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. Its effects are noticeable in changes in the average weather conditions at present and/or the average distribution of events. Climate Change has also been attributed as the cause of extreme weather events.
